    This is a scam. I never received my part and never got any response to emails checking the status of my order.

    WARNING! WORST online tool parts company EVER! They NEVER shipped my order & just gave me continuous "canned" responses to my three inquiries regarding my missing order. I finally had to file a ****** claim to get my $$ back. ******!

    Terrible company and customer support ordered a part from their website part # ****** which is a carburetor which was pictured when you go and purchase the parts number changed to #****** which is a jet kit so two minutes later when I emailed them and tell them its the wrong parts you get no response the next day they say its been shipped and give you a tracking number and say it cant be canceled its already been shipped when you click on the tracking information it shows that it hasnt been shipped just a tracking number was issued originally ordered on March 13 2023 and canceled wasnt shipped until March 15 so why couldnt it be canceled ??

    As mentioned by others, the number given for this company is a recorded message only intended not to be picked up, therefore, dont count on ever speaking to anyone. If you do manage to order anything, everything is automated, and you likely will never get any correspondence from a live individual via email. If you do, its likely some teenager sitting at home or other older individual also sitting at home at their computer who has no true knowledge of your order because of the standard message thats being sent back. This seems to be the standard for all companies now to never speak with anyone or support the products a seller are offering to the public. They are non-responsive to answering any questions. I would not recommend dealing with them. All you have to do is ****** their name and you can find tons of other reviews that speak of the same thing about wrong parts being sent or other issues and the difficulty in trying to get any resolution. The order I placed 5 days ago has gone unfulfilled and my credit card was charged. They created what I feel is a bogus post office shipping label since the tracking number on the postal site indicates the item was never delivered to the post office for shipping.I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, which is fraud, and the **** *************************** I feel I did everything I could to have them make this right but considering no one picks up the phone and haphazardly answers emails I have no other recourse but to take this action.

    Bought a part I thought would work...It did not. Tried to reach out to customer service for help...No phone number. Sent pics and a description of what I needed. Their reply was that they can't help without a model number...and I had to pay for shipping back, and they don't do exchanges. Yet I sent a detailed description with photos of what I need. These schmucks are worthless. they work in a parts store and can't be bothered with finding parts...Most likely still live with their mothers...Save your money...shop somewhere where a business has a phone and someone who can answer it with simple questions

    I ordered replacement wrenches for table saw blade removal and provided the name and model number. Received wrenches that didnt fit. They told me the parts I ordered were not returnable.
