The date of purchase was 10/4/24 and I paid them $400. They are supposed to provide me with 5 vacations, the first of which they promised would be in Costa Rico the first week of January. Before I agreed to purchase the package on what I am sure was a recorded line I told them I was supposed to go to Aruba that week and that I could not afford both their package and my trip. While they did not have Aruba they had Costa Rico so I told her only if she could assure me that I could go to Costa Rico that week that I would buy the package. She said as long as I reserved it 45 days in advance that I would be able to go there on the week that I wanted. So I asked her again, I said are you telling me there is no way that I will not be able to go there that week and she said you absolutely will be able to go. So I bought the package and submitted a vacation request. After several days I received a message saying...

    ATTENTION REQUIRED

We regret to inform you that the location of travel selected is currently not conducting Travel Club property introducations for the dates selected. Club host is unable to process the request. Please select from one of the alternative locations or modify dates to proceed with booking.

We require a 45-Days advance notice for standard booking and 90-Day notice for holiday & peak season, below that time frame it will be subject to availability and live inventory.

Your Reservation Request will be forwarded to traveling at a later date if an alternative location is not provided.

My request was well before the 45 days required. I responded to the text and got no response. I emailed the person who sold me the package and got no response. I called during business hours and heard a message asking me to call back during business hours and I could not leave a message because the voicemail was full. This place is a scam for sure.

I was solicited about a travel offer in September 2023 that seemed reasonable and I was assured by the sales person that there would be no requirement to attend a promotional presentation. I was also assured that my credit card would not be charged until I signed an agreement. I foolishly provide my card number in advance. I then received an email link for the agreement and I noticed the requirement to attend a promo presentation. I immediately sent an email to the customer service address stating my intent to not agree to the terms. I then received a follow-up email with an executed contract that I did not e-sign. I have been attempting ever since to get my $500 reimbursed. I even had assurances at in November that is would be processed in the next 30 days. since then, no response.

Confirmed reservation through payment of invoice on September 2, 2023. Total amount paid was $606.94 for what I thought was the 5 day vacation package. However, the company thought it was for 6 days and the hotel only had it for 5 days. As the fee was $99.99/day, I was charged for 6 days, not 5. I have tried to resolve this numerous times and the company keeps telling me they are referring it higher up. I have tried to speak to these higher ups but they say I cannot. I’d like a refund of the $99.99 since I only stayed 5 days and was charged for 6. Thank you.

I purchased different packages and have cancelled them. They refuse to refund them and send confirmation of this. They refuse to cancel a tour booking through a 'trusted partner' and send the contact information of this partner. I have requested a refund in full but doubt this will ever happen as they do not seem reputable or well-known.

On 7-11-2023 I purchased two, 3 night vacation packages explicitly for use at Hawaii resorts represented by this company's sales representative, for a total price of $401. When I tried to use the packages, I was told that the company did not have availability in Hawaii. I asked for a refund, but have not heard from them.
