      Recently got a vehicle through avid acceptance loan. They decided to not call me with issues regarding verification. Instead they called the dealership and told them I had ******************************************** else they were going to deny me. I hope they deny me as my experience with them this far has been unprofessional.

      As an indirect finance company, a verification of an address must go through the dealership.  As this was not verified, the deal was returned.

      I got a car loan from them through lochmondy motors I gave them my employment information they still approved the loan A month later they told me they cant approve my loan because my job isnt real employment Im a truck driver and gave them all the information they needed about my pay and my expenses so I need the issue fixed so Im not without a vehicle for no good reason I was notified 10/28/2022 that they will not be financing my car purchase after they approved it 09/30/2022

      This company is horrible. I’ve asked several times for a change in my due date. Each time they tell me I have to make a payment before they can happen. I’ve never been 30 days late on a payment & they call, leave messages, call my job & email. My payment is the 4th of the month. I’ve asked for this payment date to be changed which has not been done yet. Today I received an email saying a payment has to be made by Friday. They are relentless. They should not have to harass someone when they are late. If someone is over 30 days late I can understand. I will never deal with them again & hope no one else will as well.

      My car was repossessed tonight the tow company said I haven’t made a payment since may but I have made all my payments and I have recpts to prove that I have made all of my payments.

      I am rejecting this response because:they said they would review the documents that I sent my bank records 2020 to today they said that they would get back to me my records have me making all of my payments there records make no sense at all by there records I have missed 5 payments that I made they said I haven’t a payment since may but there own records show that I did

      I have contact better business on several occasions about this company and every time I contact you guys they say they going to fix the problem and never do they stated I needed to pay 650 so my account could be current I paid the ****** and ******** stated that she was going to contact accounting so they could move the due day from the 15 to the 26. On the 15th ******* stated that my account was due I stated ******** stated that my account was due on the 26. ******* stated I had to pay 27dollars to move my account. I receive a email from an ****** stated my file was going to be up for review because I lack of communication. I have did my part and they not doing their part they act like they do concern when you guys are in Ive and as soon as you are out of the picture this happens I have all my documents and all the emails from them to support my complaint.

      Poor customer service ****** the account manager speaks down to you and will yell at you. I took a loan for my car out for about ****** after paying over ****** I realized only ***** was applied to the car while the other applied to interest. That left about 9 almost ****** left to pay I decided to pay it off. On 07/19/22 and made a payment that I asked to be applied to my principal balance a portion of this even though I asked for it to be applied to my principal balance was applied to my next billing date. I called **** ever other day up till 8/4/22 to ask for this to be reversed and added to my principal balance and was told every time that it was noted yet this wasnt done. On 08/02/22 I called again and at this point was fed up ****** my account manager decided instead of fixing the issue like I had asked multiple times nicely before he was going to be rude I called asked that this be fixed so we can go about processing my next payment instead he said no he would not take the payment and to call tomorrow even though I explained multiple times this was suppose to be my last payment to pay my car off. On 8/3/22 I called and made my what should have been last payment to my account ****** (the individual I spoke to that day said I had about 330 left to pay I let her know the august payment should have been applied to this. So technically I am done paying my car. The following day 8/4/22 I called because the **** I put to my car had been posted and process but still not the 330 I called to let them know once again that this reversal needed to be done upon speaking to ****** who once again was rude he stated they turned in the paperwork for this last night (8/3/22) even though I had called and spoke to him on 8/2/22 and he said that they were going to do it that day. They want to yell and get mad at u for there mistakes they have made.
