  ******* *. ********************** is not to be trusted, but h*** take your money and come after you aggressively to make sure hes paid. Now only if he had approached the *** like he promised to do with the same tenacity!I rarely post reviews, but feel an obligation to warn unsuspecting members of society of this snake! I wish I had known what I learned the hard way! Among my worst decisions in life was responding to Mr. ******* *. **********************s offer to help me with my past tax debt issues. Mr. ********************** contacted me offering his services for a low fee and at the time it seemed like a great solution to eliminate the issues I was having with the **** Unfortunately, Mr. Michael ********************** began running up astronomical charges, which amounted to tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees he was charging me. And then ceased all communication for many months while he claimed he was dealing with family issues. During this time, much of his staff left. With no communication, I had no choice but to hire another attorney. Upon **********************s return after many months, he (and his cohort ***** ****) decided to start aggressively pursue collecting these legal fees that he claims to have racked up. To this date, he has done absolutely nothing to solve my case (had he approached resolving the *** issues with the same fervor as he had with racking up bills and his aggressive collection activities maybe he would have actually got something done) and he is now demanding payment in full and using aggressive collection activities and filing court documents to come after me. Unless you want to further your financial problems, and have a constable show up at your door, or unless you have tens of thousands of dollars in reserve, stay far far far away from **********************. You will regret this decision for many years to come, if not the rest of your life. Shame on ********************** and associates for preying upon people down on their luck needing help. A true wolf in sheep clothing. Stay far far away!!!!

  If I could leave less than one star I would.They took my money, did little if any work. My attorney, called me to apologize telling me he had left the firm because of the way they operate - after years of trying to change things. They have continued to harrass and intimidate us for over a year with collection efforts. The second law firm solved my problem for less than the retainer I paid. I have filed a complaint with the **** ****** of ************ Responsibility but it takes months to prosecute. In the meantime harrassment continues even after I offered to settle. Their response, pay it all or we'll continue to come after you! They are not a law firm just scammers with an aggressive debt collector attached.DO NOT USE THIS FIRM< they are crooks themselves and have no ethics in the way they conduct business.

  Here's the respnse email they sent to myt offer to settle:"I shared your email with the partners of the firm. They thoroughly reviewed all of the billing and conclude that we did everything we were supposed to in representing you before the ******** and I.R.S. in regards to your tax issues, while providing you legal counsel throughout our representation. The partners offer that you pay the full balance you owe. Whether or not you have the funds, it doesnt change the firms right and ability to pursue legal action to collect. While the balance remains unpaid, the attorneys now assigned to pursue this matter will work to get this resolved by any legal means necessary. Please follow any instructions you may receive from the court and govern yourselves accordingly."I think that says it all about this law firm.
