    A locksmith was called out to rekey my BMW X1. The original key was lost. He got started but would not let my partner watch the process. First red flag. He worked for about an hour also complaining that he had spent 6 hrs on a BMW the other day, then only spent about an hour on mine. Second red flag. He finished up, started the car, got paid and left. We went to start the car and it ran super rough. My partner hooked a computer up to it to see the problem and there was now no communication with the cars computer. He fried my cars computer or the fuse box. They are now refusing to work with us on resolving the issue and told us we would have to get the car repaired out of our own pockets then sue them, also out of our own pockets. I feel this is entirely unfair because my car was fine before they rekeyed it. Note: I am filing in a random number for settlement amount as the repairs on my car have not been done yet. I assume it will cost in the couple if thousands range.

    Had 6 locks done on June 12th. A few days later one of the knows for one of the deadbolt fell off. We called and asked that it be fixed. We were given an appointment time and when the person didn't come, we had to call and text multiple times to figure out why he was around 5 hours late without giving us any notice. A few days after the knob fell of again, then yesterday we discovered one of the locks didn't even function. Last night when called he said he would come that night between 830 and 9 pm. Later after that time had passed he texted and said he would come at 9 am thus morning. After multiple texts and calls, it is now after 5 pm with no word on why the 9 am appointment was missed. Waisting all day of the person's waiting time. With the the initial bill being nearly $1400 plus tip, I expect all locks to be functioning and to be confident my home is secure. But with 2 faulty locks and inadequate instalation I expect them to be fixed in a timely and professional manner and to recieve what was paid for.

    We needed someone to help us open our truck door, the keys were locked inside. We were quoted $70 but when the job was done they demanded 2x that. It looks like previous people have experienced the same. Seems like a bait and switch
