    What a scam! The technician was unprofessional and evaluation was unacceptable. Then when you refuse to have him complete and he gives us some ridiculous cost. Thank goodness I asked them what the service call was before he showed up. He then kept trying to add extra fees because we told him no. He then taxed his services at 15%. (Which by the way is also a scam also). Be careful with this company they are quick to pull out the paying apps for showing up but not sure they could complete the job in a professional manner . They are not reputable in my opinion and should not be in business.

    They will give you one quote, do the work and hand you an invoice for an outrageous amount. To be exact, quoted $190.00 and charged $673.00. I tried to work with the tech and owner but I got pushed off again. They took advantage of a 80 year old who lost her husband 2 years ago. This is not right.
