    Nearby Plumbing installed a new water heater on March 2, 2024 because the old one kept shutting off. The new water heater continued to shut off. I contacted Nearby Plumbing. They came to inspect it and recommended I install a pipe for combustion air. A contractor installed the pipe for combustion air. The water heater continued to shut off. I contacted Nearby Plumbing and they inspected it again. They ordered new parts for it which were delivered to my home. I informed them as soon as the parts were delivered. I was able to reach them one time by phone, and they promised to come fix it that week. They did not show up nor contact me. I have left voice messages and sent texts. They are not responding and it is now April 26, 2024. I need them to finish the work and install the parts in my water heater.
