    **Absolutely Do Not Rent from Rhino Property Management**My experience with Rhino Property Management was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that this company prioritizes profit over tenant satisfaction. My apartment was dirty, with walls that hadn't been re-painted, unpatched holes, a broken kitchen drawer, and remnants left by the previous tenant still stuck in the shower.They lure you in with a misleading "no deposit" option, which splits your deposit over 12 months, adding a $55 monthly fee for good measure. To make matters worse, this money is non-refundable! After moving out, I was slapped with a bill for over $1,000 for repairs that were clearly the companys responsibility before I even set foot in the unit. They even charged me $120 to change the electronic lock codeoutrageous!When I reported ongoing issues with other tenants leaving trash around, attracting pests, I expected action. Instead, Rhino charged every tenant a $120 "clean-up" fee despite doing absolutely nothing to address the problem. How is it fair to penalize those who are reporting the mess instead of those creating it?Additionally, during my move-out process, I was granted four extra days (which I paid for) but was locked out for two of those days due to a sudden change in the door code. Their so-called "24-hour emergency maintenance" line was useless, and when I finally got in touch with someone, they were completely unsympathetic. To top it off, I was charged for a "pre-move out" inspection, despite my lease clearly stating that no inspection would occur while I was still living in the unit.Overall, my experience with Rhino was frustrating, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reputable property management company. Youll thank yourself later!

    ********, immoral company. They gave us an eviction notice when we refused to pay for plumbing repairs that were not our fault. They still owe us $100 for the constable fee. They refuse to communicate, they threatened me with a $500 fine for talking directly to the property owner who fired them after such treatment. The guy that owns this company is anything but "fair and honest in his dealings with his fellow man" I have considered suing them and would love to take part in a class action lawsuit along with everyone else who have been screwed over by Rhino property management.

    This place should be shut down. The purposely withhold money from tenants and in the event an owner does cancel their services it takes 5 months for them to get funds back. I intend to leave negative reviews for this company on every site I come across. I have no idea how this place stays in business and hopefully will not for much longer.

    This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and has no morals. All they care about is getting rent from you. I had issues with the property before moving in that I would have liked addressed. They said they would fix them before moving in. It took over 4 months to get all the items conpleted. Withing that time frame we had a leak in our bathroom that caused severe damage to the flooring. It took them 4 days to get the leak fixed and the damage to the floor has yet to be acknowledged. I have put 3 maintenance requests in for this issue and all have been canceled. They have now refused to answer phone calls, emails, or text messages. You'd be better off in a cardboard box in the back alley then to rent with Rhino Property Management.

    I think this company is all about the almighty dollar. They s**** you over every chance they get. You are charged for inspections that were never requested nor carried out. We were charged for a derelict vehicle in the driveway when it was actually my husband's work truck that had flat tire. We were charged for unlawful tenants which there were none. This company doesn't care about the people of they rent to, they only care about the clients and they're they're making money off of. How many other companies do you know charge you rent two weeks early,? And serve you a 3 day notice the day of the 5th. Which is when rent is due. Not late. Don't trust them don't rent from them. This company is not a good company. You'd be better if living in a tree than renting from Rhino Property Management,!!!!!
