    I ordered Ultimate Dipping Sauce back on 11/11/22 from the Training Table off their website. Expecting it for Christmas, but it did not arrive. They did send an email that they would be sending out the sauces by 12/19/22 - did not happen. Reached out to them twice in 2023 to get a status on my order. They replied that they could replace them with Hickory Sauces since the Ultimate Dipping Sauce was not in yet. I agreed, but that was in March 2023 and it is now the end of May 2023 and I still do not have any product. Complete scam! I will be calling my credit card company to have the charges disputed for non-delivery of product.

    The Training Table should be required to take down their website where they are selling the product since they have no intention of delivering the product to customers.

    I ordered a product from this company on 10/7/22. I received an email from them stating that they were overwhelmed with orders and delivery would take longer than expected. In January 2023, i tried reaching out to them. I have attempted to reach them several other times, all with no reply. Their website was saying that they were working on all old orders with a spring 2023 expected delivery date, so I unfortunately decided to be patient. I then gave up and tried to get a refund through Paypal. They stated that I waited too long and it is past the time that they can help.

    On November 7, 2022 I placed an order for The Training Tables Ultimate Dipping Sauce and Hickory Sauce. I received a USPS tracking number which shows the label was created, not yet is system. When I emailed about the status of my order I got a response making sure that I had received a tracking number, this was on December 2, 2022. I have sent several more emails in regards to the status of this order with no response. They are quick to process the order and process the payment but have poor customer service in processing the order or returning the payment for failure to complete order.

    I placed an order on 2/12/23 on their website for hickory sauce. They have never shipped the order, and have not responded to my emails asking for a status and have not refunded me if they are unable to fulfill the order.

    Placed an online order with this company on January 1 2023. As of March 1st I have not received my order. I have contacted the company 3 times to resolve the issue. I have not heard a word from the company. I have provided my name and order number but no contact back.
