    Cody Hansen Construction was hired to replace our existing siding and windows with new. He said the job would take a few weeks. I understand delays but this took months. Some of the months were cold and they only had our windows shimmed in and our heat/ electric bills were expensive during this time. His employees smelled of marijuana and used foul language. One of them took our tv antenna we had laying in our yard and we had to get a new one. We had a hard time contacting him during the whole process. They left bare electrical wires where the porch lights were. Cody said he would replace the interior window trim since it took so long but he never called or answered any calls for that and left it. The reason I’m including all of these photos are because If you look through the windows you can see all the seasons change- summer fall winter- and the shims for the windows. They filled the windows with spray insulation but never fixed the interior trim. We paid him just after he started and that was a huge mistake. We trusted him, he seemed like a nice guy. Big mistake. There are before and after pictures of the huge nails that came through the ceiling of our house in the stairwell and they cut them off and put putty over and called it “fixed”. There are pictures of the porch lights before and after. The door bell no longer works at all. There are pictures of the aftermath when yanked off the trim inside the house. The casing/trim could not be salvaged and he agreed to replace it and didn’t. I sent him a complaint via text message and he never responded. My husband asked if they were “finished” because he said he was going to replace the window casing and he never responded. I’ve sent pictures of the text..

    Cody ***** H***** was quick to give a good bid and quick to collect payment after a new metal roofing job. I was on the roof doing some winterization of my home and I could see Cody did not do the work he said he did. Cody said the roof was vented, but I did not see the venting Cody described. I consulted with another roofer who told me what to look for in venting a metal roof. I do not see the venting Cody said he did and I do not see the venting the other roofer said to look for. I watched several videos on about metal roof venting and I do not believe Codys work is up to accepted industry standards. I have sent Cody several text messages and voice messages over the last more than a month. Cody refuses to contact me. I would like for Cody to contact me so this can be resolved, but I do not believe he will.
