    the immigration legal service paid them for an immigration service but due to negligence they made several mistakes, 1.- my documents half a month after the agreed date 2.- they sent it to the wrong address causing further delays in my process and causing my documents expire and now I cannot leave the country because my document expired and they also fired me from work. I lost the hiring opportunity due to the expired document. 3.-I paid the amount of 987 dls for my immigration forms but when I sent it to the wrong address, my money order, 4.- when I spoke to them to reassure me, they gave me false information, they gave me a letter written by them telling me that In a week I would have the receipt of my forms and it is not true because it is not the time when ucis processes a notification action letter. They also told me that I would have no problems with that letter for hiring and that was false, they fired me from my job. work and the letter also says that immigration lost my package and that is not true! and now they threatened me saying that they are abandoning me that they no longer represent me but I do not have my document for which I paid them, nor have they returned the lost money (nor have they sent me to immigration support asking how it will be recovered or what should be done) They also mentioned that they were not sure if their office had lost them because my documents had been lost because of someone. From his office he opened the mail and the task of doing so was not there. There are too many errors and negligence. What I want is my money back for my money orders lost by them! and that they give me my renewed documents, which is the service for which I pay them (when USCIS sends them to them) and that when my correspondence arrives, they do not open it and it is closed until they deliver it to me.
