    Warranty repair for my whirlpool dryer they had appliance by ************ to do repair they never showed up. I called them ******* the manager was very rude. She making excuses for trying to change my mind about speaking to her supervisor or tech manager. I ask the supervisor if I speak the owner of the company she send me to ***** voicemail I dont if she really the owner or she another employee cause how weird they were acting.

    I have listened to all the phone calls this customer has made to us and found that there is a lot of confusion.  We are dealing with a customer and her son. There have been communications with both. The customer herself told us she does not want us to come do service at her home. The son told us he was going to complain to the BBB. We were scheduled to go and the customer called to see when we would be coming and when we were a few minutes later than he was told, he called again.  We contacted the tech and explained he was 10 minutes away.  We were then told this was unacceptable and that we are rude and liars and to cancel the call and they wanted to speak with a manager.  The tech manager was contacted and a message was left for me, *****, the owner but I was not in that day.  The tech manager, ****, called and offered to have someone out the same day still and was told "no" by the customer.  The customer has been told that I had a message to call and that I would call today or tomorrow but he continues to call and harass my employees.  Not a single employee was rude to the customer and they were all very patient despite the customer not understanding how the process works.  The customer has called in again asking to be rescheduled and has been given the option to reschedule and start over and I will not call him back, or allow me to finish reviewing and I will.  However, the customer keeps saying, "I am not paying you for this."  But the customer has an extended warranty and has been told that we would not be charging him, it is covered by the warranty.  I believe the customer may  be struggling to understand the whole process and may be forgetting things explained and that it is causing frustration.  I don't have documents to support other than the notes my staff has typed, but i do have recordings if there is another place to send those types of files.  Your current system doesn't allow for these.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    The situation  hasn't been resolved  they refuse to fix my dryer cause I made two complaints with you guys.
    Cause their covering up the rudeness they have shown me & my mom .  Plus they been treating  consumers like c*** & threating customers after they leaving reviews  this company needs to be accountable for their actions towards consumers. It needs to stop they been getting away with this behavior for years it's  unexpactable!!!!!!

    After the customer harassed our employees for two day and refused service from us, he wanted to reschedule.  We felt it best for him to work with another company so we contacted his extended warranty for him to let them know to send another company out because of how he feels about us.  We let him know that.  We have determined it is best for us and this customer not to do business in the future for both our sakes.

     They are liers  they were really rude to me on the phone. They don't want to work us in the future cause they know they in the wrong
