      I was in an accident that wasn't my fault with 120k in hospital bills they tried to get me to settle for 10k at and finally 100k and only got ****** of that with no proof to see the settlement or the ****** to ******** which I find out that's the max ******** can get back for that settlement and feel they got more out of my case it happened in 07 but still to this day I don't feel right about it the trucking company had a million in insurance and I have had medical issues ever since whatever you do wait it out for trial even if it takes a couple years I wish I had

      My accident case was not a big payday for Robert J Debry attorney ****** in *************** ****. Perhaps that is why my case was ignored and took 3+ years to finalize. He said at the signing that they were no longer my attorney and my case was settled. The closing signing listed what was paid and yet the ihc hospital claims they were not. Ihc just needs the signing off declaration to prove amount paid by Robert J Debry Attorneys, ******, in order to remove the summary judgement.I have repeatedly call ****** at his office and just wanted a copy to prevent the judgement placed on my home. I Never ever get so much as a response. His office secretary said they don't have the records.If my memory wasn't damaged I would know were my copy was. I usually keep solid records but unable to locate.Just need on paper showing how much medical was paid.I was a Medical Records Specialist and do not believe That Robert J Debry Assoc. Does not keep their copies.Perhaps ******* could help.Don't know what else I can do.And also why I am contacting the BBB. PLEASE HELP.Disabled totally and the stress is not helping my health.If they didn't want my case they could of have been honest and turned me down.
