    On 9/12/2024, an unauthorized towing company (Snowy mountain) unlawfully entered my private property and towed my vehicle from a designated private space. The towing company had no prior authorization or legitimate reason to remove my car, which was parked in an area clearly marked for personal use. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation amicably, the company has refused to release my vehicle, disregarding my rights and the clear boundaries of private property. Their actions are not only a violation of my property rights but also a troubling example of unethical business practices. I am currently seeking assistance to rectify this issue and hold the towing company accountable for their unlawful actions.

    I filed an additional report yesterday on this same company but would like to provide more. When I went to pick up my car today. I did not bring Law enforcement because the person who answered the phone was different than yesterday. I went to the shop and explained that I called yesterday twice and was hung up. He called the guy that was on call and the guy said yes I did that and then they just took the 40$ charge for the storage away for that day. However, they are not sending out letters which is required by law. Additionally, not once did they apologize for the inconvenience this caused and work that was missed and driving back and forth from Ogden to Murray. Twice. There was two other people in there too with similar complaints. One guy came to pick up his car last night and they would not meet him. He had to get a hotel because of this. Then another guy got approval from Walmart manager to park in the parking lot and they still towed him. They are not nice people and try to keep cars longer to make more money. It cost me 368$ to get my car. When I was there within 12 hours of it happening. They keep no track of mileage or gas or time spent towing the car. Just do the automatic $179 an hour but don’t have proof that it took that long. They have a very generic slip of paper that is the only proof they have and I took it and could have left in my car because that’s all the information they had on me.
