    purchased 3 tickets for your roots and boots tour in fillmore utah on August 11,2023 the tickets were purchased on 6/11/23 the show was canceled. I contacted Rachal West in Fillmore Utah (her contact info ************). She was suppose to contact me with the date of the rescheduled show, I have called her repeatedly. I paid for Booking Protect, but Joseph A******* informed me that I am not eligible for one even though the show was cancelled through disiple live, events and or affiliates. I had emailed back and forth with this gentleman for over a year and he stopped responded to me about 8 months ago. That $200.35 was my hard earned money and I even paid for guarantee money back in case something such as this happened and to be told nope they won't be paying me back cause there going to reschedule well it's been a year enough is enough.

    This began back in May 23,2023 I purchased tickets along with many others  to a Roots and Boots concert.This would be held in Fillmore, Utah on Aug.11th. About a month before the concert they told everyone that   one of the singers was sick and the concert was cancelled.  I began writing to them and trying to get  a response. Nothing.  I contacted the lady who set it up and she was very frustrated because they would not tell her anything. They finally quit answering
    her calls and emails. In the meantime eveyone was calling her asking about

    refunds  she did not have any information. I continued to email them. I even called and left a message with Keegan - no response.  My two tickets were $186.92. I have copies of my tickets and I also have copies of my emails. They have received a lot of money and not returned any for tickets.  In looking at the reviews A lady bought tickets for a concert that also got cancelled and she never got her money back.  This is ridiculous as they have so much money and no one has gotten a refund.  i want my money back.   Thank you for your efforts in resolving this issue.  I don't think they should be able to continue to schedule concerts providing the past record of selling tickets and then collecting all the money and then cancelling.     I have submitted the letters sent to them. I did not include phone numbers. My ideal solution is my money back. There are so many people out if their money but i told them i was filing a complaint. I dont want them to be able to continue doing this. Thank you *****
