    Hiring All About Flooring Utah to repair a small carpet unravel we had in a small bedroom in our home and replacing the carpet in the master bedroom with hard flooring was easy! The owner responded quickly to my inquiry, and set an appointment to meet personally at our home that same week. He brought several beautiful sample flooring options, and we were able to measure the space and order our product on the spot. We were put on their schedule and our project was complete in a timely manner. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and quickly, and were kind and respectful; they left the work space immaculately clean. I would definitely use All About Flooring Utah again, and will refer them to family and friends for their flooring needs!

    The owner is very professional and so friendly. ***** genuinely cares about his customers and works hard finding the best prices for what you need done. We actually won a free room of carpet from him. We wanted to upgrade to do a bigger room, which was no problem at all. His install crew was so friendly and incredibly fast. They came out of there normal area too. I'm very impressed with the high quality and professionalism. I can't wait to get more flooring from him soon. Highly recommend his company.

    We got carpet for our basement back in 2017, it was super nice for ***** to come out to us to show the samples. We got a much better carpet then we would have got at ********** and Brian's ***** was way better as well. We have since moved and will be contacting ***** again when we go to finish this basement!

    I reached out to this company via ********* We are building a house and wanted to get a quote for carpet and LVP flooring for the entire house. After multiple attempts to communicate with them with no response they finally messaged me back. Took over 6 days of communicating for them to finally agree to look at our house plans and send us a quote. 9 days later I still had not heard back from them. when I reached out again they stated that the plans were to difficult to read and could not prepare a quote using them. They would want to come measure.The plans have very clear measurements on them for the flooring. Seemed very weird that a carpet installer could not read measurements on a floor plan. We reached out to 5 other carpet installers and all of them were able to give me a quote off of the plans. After posting a review on yelp the owner messaged me asking me to remove my review and telling me that nobody in the business could give an accurate quote off floor plans. He also states that he has over **** followers and only 20 5 star reviews. I'm glad we found someone else to use.

    so.sorry you feel that way.i clearly stated that we would rather personally measure for accuracy to give you a more accurate quote..I said the is more to lvt flooring than just giving you a price over the email..its happened before where we would end up needing to fix or float the concrete or other prep stuff and the customer would hold us to the price.i said I would come there to measure and apologized a bunch..again sorry you feel that way

    also I never lied ,I do have over **** followers and I do have 17..5 stars on yelp that they don't show I can provide proof of each of theese ..just because I didn't want to quote you based on plans,do I deserve this ..
