  Our experience with this company has been horrible in my opinion. When we hired them, we asked them to throw away any trash in the bathrooms only. When we came back home after the cleaners were done, to our utter shock, our entire house was empty. The cleaners had taken everything …framed family photos, computers, speakers, jewelry, flowers, food…the house was empty. Even though we had only told them to clean the kitchen and the bathrooms, they had proceeded to remove everything from the house. When we called the company to tell them that all our belongings were missing, they initially denied taking anything. They eventually admitted that they did take all of our stuff but said it was a mistake. They brought most of our possessions back in black garbage bags, but we still had items missing, including brand new housewarming orchids that were thrown in the trash and food from the fridge. Notably, we had an expensive speaker missing, and we witnessed one of the cleaners actually taking the speaker out from her purse when confronted by police in our home. We are still missing a very expensive ring that was on the counter when the cleaners were there, but was gone, just like everything else, when we returned. The ring was never returned to us. My experience with one of the managers or owners (Scott Whittle) about this situation has been extremely unnerving to me. He has accused me of extortion, when I simply said that I intend to press charges if the ring is not recovered. That is not extortion; I have a right to press charges if my property was taken without my permission. He also suggested that his employees wanted to confront me at my place of work but that he advised them to “act professionally.” I’m honestly worried about my safety at this point. And the most bizarre thing happened; he accused me of racism out of absolutely no where. I will obviously never use this company again, nor can I recommend them to anyone else.
