      The first problem that I have with the school is that I was told if I re-wrote a paper for one of my classes and I would get credit for it and I did rewrite the paper but the thing was I turned in the wrong paper my instructor never told me that if she had told me, then I wouldve sent it in. She also stopped replying to me and the director for the program didnt get back to me for like three weeks so I failed that class and had to retake it. Taking the two classes that I failed my bio teacher Has his time set up for assignments to be done at 12:59 AM so I go to do my quizzes and they are locked. I reached out to my instructor letting him know and he says he cant unlock them because I need to have something horrible happen like a death in the family or something along those lines, but I tell him that I went to go do it from the time that it says on my side and then he says well there is a time zone difference. If theres a time zone difference, when I have mindset to my time, it should change to my time so thats not my fault that its like that but the fact that I talk to him about this and he said he couldnt do anything about it. Thats really irritating so I talked to the online **** about that and she said that multiple people were having the same problem and she couldnt help them so that makes me think you guys just dont want to help them. Multiple people are having the same problem. Theres clearly something wrong Anyways she says that shes going to check with IT to see when I try to log into the quizzes, then she tells me that I never tried when I know I did because how would I know that the quizzes were locked when I tried to take them? I feel like the school is money hungry and I literally advised nobody to come here because theres just full of c***

      I started *** school on April 4, 2024. On April 7, 2024, I realized I would not be able to start the program as planned due to an emergency. I left a message with my advisor on Friday, April 8, 2024. No one called. I called back Monday morning and no answer so I left a message. No one called back, so I called my advisor, ******** (****) again and she sounded as if she had no idea why I was calling. I explained I had an emergency and needed to be moved to the next class. I was told the deadline was Friday, As in, the day I called and left a message in the early afternoon but no one returned my call. She said she didn't know what to do. I called her again, but she never picked up the phone. I left another message. I need to be moved to the next *** class, or the school needs to withdraw me permanently from the *** program. I want a return call by her manager. It shouldn't take this long to hear from someone. Thank you.

      Thank you for bringing this to my attention.  ********************' enrollment has been cancelled due to her request back on March 13, 2024.  Her account balance was written off on 3/13/2024.  ******************** has a pre-paid amount of approximately $910.00 and due to the fact that she is wanting to start back on our next semester she has not informed our financial department of her wishes to either hold onto the prepaid balance or have it returned to her.  I have reached out to the ******************** and they will contact her and find out what she desires.  

      The dates listed on this complaint are futuristic so I cannot speak to her contact attempts for those dates, but her advisor was in contact with her on Friday March 8th and again on March 12th and reported that she wanted to cancel.  Her cancellation was completed on March 13th and all charges were reversed off her account.  The disputed amount is a pre-paid amount that she has not  informed our ******************** as to whether she will be re-enrolling for the next semester or not.

      Patricia B**** accused me of plagerism. She never found the information where I plagiarized online. Now I'm a Criminal Justice Bachelor degree of Science and administration major at a different school. Patricia B**** did not like me because of my Dad knows her.
