    I foolishly ordered mints from EPIC Dental directly on their website. I went out of my way to update the address and they sent it to the wrong address anyway. When I learned of this and it was still in route I tried repeatedly to update the address on the UPS website to no avail. When I contacted UPS it said the "sender" made it impossible to change addresses. I tried sending many emails to customer service of EPIC and they could not have been less helpful.

    Even though I made it very clear I no longer live at the old address they said I should just send it back then. How can I send a package back from an address I no longer live at? That'd be illegal. It's a federal crime to mess with mail at an address you do not live at. So insensitive.

    The customer service person today said I could change the address online so I had to send the screenshot of UPS saying the "sender" has forbidden it. They also did not offer to change the address either. UPS wants between $6 and $15 to redirect it. NOT OKAY. The address should go to my Milaca, MN address free of charge since I spent over $65 as is EPIC's policy.

    Terrible. I canNOT believe how much time I've spent on this. What a helpless and horrible feeling. I spent nearly $70 on mints I cannot access and now have to irritate a new owner to return the mints that were wrongfully sent there. I've worked extremely hard to get everthing sent to the new address and EPIC is messing it up for me. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

    I am just livid about this situation. The company is not helping me at all and in fact is making this situation worse.

    I want the address changed before it gets to me but everything I'm trying to do to make that happen is not working and it's going to go to the wrong address bothering the new owner. Huge waste of my time and money.
