    I hired ******* ****** (US Health Advisors to assist me in finding a new health care plan. I called him beginning of Dec 2024 and he immediately returned my call, and offered plan info. I told him I would review these with my husband, and get back to him. I tried calling and texting many times, with no response back. After approx.2 weeks he returned my call on 12/21/24 stating he had been sick. I was understanding and we proceeded to discuss health care plan options. I was very clear that I need a certain type of plan that had tier 4 prescription coverage. He assured us the plan did. After enrolling us in the plan, we paid $1,121.26 for , we then found out that was not offered. When I called and texted him multiple times, he was trying to pawn us off to another person who never returned calls. On Jan 15th 2025 at 10:30 p.m. he FINALLY called me back to enroll me in another plan, that he, AGAIN ASSURED us was the right plan for my medication. He told us he would cancel rhe first plan and never did. When we tried to contact him he texted back with, "you can call and try to cancel and maybe get reimbursed." We were being auto deducted for both plans in the sums of $1,121.26 (twice) and $1,571.71 due ti him not canceling. We have been in a nightmare trying to get the plans canceled and spend countless hours doing so. Russell quit returning any calls, texts or emails after selling/enrolling us in the 2nd plan. We are out of A LOT of money, and still are not in the right plan. I currently can not get my important medication due to this. He is unprofessional and a liar. BEWARE of ******* ******. This has been an absolute nightmare! We are now seeking an attorney.

    I hired Russell as an insurance broker who obtained health insurance for my son in July 2022. I contacted him and sent him an email in August of 2022 asking him to cancel the policy due to it providing zero coverage for our son. In September, I was billed for the monthly premium due to Russell not cancelling the policy as I instructed him. Despite many emails, text messages and calls he never cancelled the policy so I did myself in early September. At the time of cancellation I requested a refund for the monthly premium paid and was reimbursed a pro-rated amount due to it being within the month. I then reached out to Russell and asked for his company to send me a check for the difference between what I should have been refunded ( the full month's amount) and what I was actually reimbursed (pro-rated amount) which amounted to a figure of $152.13. That email to Russell was sent on 9/21/22. I have emailed and texted him several times asking nicely if he has sent the check and he has not responded or given me some excuse of being out of the office. I have had enough of trying to track him down and am asking for your help in getting me the money that I rightly deserve due to his error.

    I am able to forward all emails that are relevant to my claim to whatever email address you would like.
