    I have taken a few cars to this location. He will do work on it without telling you and then charge you later. H*** do an oil change without asking and charge you. Tried to charge for towing when I already paid for the towing. He tells you one price and then you end up with another always higher of course. Im female and I always wonder if it would be different circumstance if I was male

    I have lived in ******, **** since 1995, I have driven past this Quick Lube place a thousand times but never went in. I happen to be in the area and was overdue for a simple oil change so I stopped by. It was the first and last time I'll ever go. If I could give zero stars I would simply because I detest dishonest businesses who gleefully squeeze honest, hardworking people, out of their hard earned money. Like many other dissatisfied customers in these reviews I too was called and told my air filters were "trashed" and should be replaced in addition to the oil change. Lastly, I agreed to do the emissions test as well since my tags are due next month. I'm 34, I've had my oil changed a few times in my life and even do it myself when it's not 35 degrees out! So I agreed because I figured an oil change is $60, emissions $25 (I have a 2011 car), a couple of air filters are another $24. Plus the *** fee which should be the most expensive thing, at about $90-$100 (turned out to be $91). No big deal. I KID YOU NOT, my bill came out to $318.00! I left a ****** review of my receipts for $173.37 + $54 (had to transfer money so it was two transactions) that's $227.37 for an OIL CHANGE and 2 AIR FILTERS alone.It was supposed to be more, but I left out a visor replacement which alone would have been $150. I asked how much each thing was, and the man at the counter could only mumble something about synthetic oil and couldn't give me a straight answer. I wasn't asked if I wanted synthetic oil. I have an elderly dog that needs expensive medication so I would have opted for a less expensive option.It's a shame because I live close to Quick Lube, and had they charged me a fair price for their work I would have happily become a return customer. I will NEVER go back here again. Good people of ****, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
