My daughter and I have gone to ********* since they opened their doors. We both used to the Dr. ******* and Dr. ****** before they opened this practice. Like I said we have seen them for years. We recently needed to get my daughter who is 16 into see Dr ******* for an emergency med review because my daughter was suicidal. When we contacted lone peak they literally said that there was nothing they could do to help my daughter. They didnt try to fit her in they just discharged her and said good luck. They gave us no reason as to why they discharged her after years of treating her. Over the years the staff has been more and more difficult to work with. The doctors are harder to get into see and the staff doesnt really care to help at all. We have put our trust into lone peak for years to help my daughter and I who we both have **************** and PTSD. Only to be kicked to the curb so to speak. Because of this action, I will be firing this office as my doctor. Lone peak does not care about you. We need more **** doctors in the world. But if this is what they are offering then Ill gladly go somewhere else. *********, you should be ashamed of how you treated us. After seeing ****** ****** for 8+ years and ******* for 5+ years we are done. I will do all that is in my power to let everyone know that lone peak is a terrible place to go for your mental health. Their management is terrible, their doctors are too busy and their staff is awful to work with. If I could give less than one star I would. Do better!

"Doctor" ****** has refused to listen to a mother of a son who is addicted to marijuana for over 24 years, a mentally ill son who should not be using medical marijuana. A paranoid person should NOT be prescribed THC whatsoever for anxiety and depression, even if it's called medical marijuana. It has done a lot of harm to my son. I tried to contact ****** a year and a half ago and got no response, just an email telling me they received my email.
