    I have called and canceled service with Moxie multiple times. They tell me that they will cancel service then they show up do work and send me a bill. I told the service personnel that I no longer want the service and they tell me to call and cancel. I feel like I am stuck in a never ending loop. I am elderly and I feel like they are taking advantage of me because of my age. I have told them to quit coming and they continue to come and bill me. I don't know what else to do. I want my bill dismissed and no further contact.

    Hello! Customer's serviced were cancelled in June of 2022. The messages he was receiving was to pay for the last service that was rendered in May of 2022. We haven't serviced his home since May of 2022. We decided to coupon his account for the last service because he did not seem to understand that we were just trying to collect the balance. He has not paid for a service since March of 2022.
