    Lleve el 3 de Noviembre a la empresa transmissions AAMCO ubicada *** * **** * Murray, UT 84107 a revisar la transmisión de mi van. El trato fue que por revisarla y entregarla tal como yo se las entregué ellos cobrarían 749.00 más taxis. El 10 de Noviembre, ellos me entregan mi van y yo pago la cantidad de 885.28 tal como habíamos acordado. Problema: me entregan mi van muy mal dónde yo pude haber ocasionado un accidente, porque no se puede manejar. Antes de llevarla mi van prendía normal, no tenía luces prendidas solo hacia un ruido cuando metía la segunda velocidad, después que ellos me la entregaron tiene problemas que no tenía y que ya no la puedo utilizar ni para llevarla al mecánico, porque no segura, solo pido que me la dejen como se las entregué ese fue el trato.

    La señora ******
    * ****** llego a nuestra compañía, para que revisáramos su van 2008 Dodge Grand
    Caravan SE, ya que tenia problemas con su transmisión. La trajo manejando y la
    estaciono. Le compartimos nuestro proceso de revisión, primero pasaríamos la
    van a nuestro taller para revisar exactamente cuál es la situación con su transmisión,
    fue difícil hacer funcionar la reversa, ella trajo la van en condiciones que no
    debió manejarla porque la dañaría más, se le aviso que debió traer su van en
    una grúa poque su van no era manejable en esas condiciones. Efectivamente tenía
    dañada la transmisión y había que hacer una inspección interna, se le llamó
    cuando se terminó la inspección y se le dieron las tres opciones de reparación,
    con garantía incluida por cualquier opción que se decidiera. La primera opción una
    transmisión nueva, la segunda opción una transmisión reconstruida y la tercera opción
    una transmisión usada. La señora ****** no acepto ninguna opción que le dimos y
    se le aviso nuevamente que no debía manejar la van en ese estado, que debía
    recogerla con una grúa para evitar cualquier peligro, ella decidió llevarse su van
    bajo su responsabilidad.

    Mrs. ****** M ****** came to our company to check her 2008
    Dodge Grand Caravan SE van, as it had problems with its transmission. He drove
    it in and parked it. We shared with her our review process, first we would pass
    the van to our workshop to check exactly what the situation is with her
    transmission, it was difficult to make the reverse work, she brought the van in
    conditions that she should not have handled because it would damage it more,
    she was advised that she had to bring her van in a tow truck because her van
    was not drivable in those conditions. Indeed, he had damaged the transmission
    and had to do an internal inspection, he was called when the inspection was
    finished and he was given the three repair options, with warranty included for
    any option that was decided. The first option is a new transmission, the second
    option is a rebuilt transmission, and the third option is a used transmission.
    Mrs. ****** did not accept any option that we gave her and she was warned again
    that she should not drive the van in that condition, that she should pick it up
    with a tow truck to avoid any danger, she decided to take her van at her own
    risk.

    It Is a lie, they aré not telling the thruth, I have proof, before taking her  there I took her to anather place where they did the emission and It passed wit hout problems.

    On October 14, 2023, I took my van to a vehicle inspection and passed which means my van was in good condition and driveable. I took it to AAMCO on November 3rd and they gave it back on November 10th. They never mentioned anything related to needing a tow truck for my vehicle. I assumed my van was in the same condition as when I brought it in to them and that's why I drove it back home.
