  If i could give this buisness a minus star review i would deffinately do so.I worked for this company and the owner refused to pay me my paycheck!He keeps changing the name of his business because he doesn't want to be held accountable for tubs that don't work correctly.He takes advantage of unsuspecting customers and he doesn't want to hold up to the warranty agreements that he made with customers.**** ******** is a con artist and has no integrity. He keeps the doors locked on the buisness at all times and refuses to speak with upset customers. He has been taken to court many times but refuses to pay the customers back.Instead he changes the name of his buisness and hides behind new llc licenses. He refuses to pay his employees.Instead he will fire them promising to pay them and then he will not answer their calls or texts. He will avoid them at all costs. He is very cunning and has no integrity or honor. I am not the only employee he refuses to pay. There are many employees that he refuses to pay.If he treats his employees this way, don't expect him to treat his customers any better. Please read the reviews on his companies. His company used to be heavenly tubs and is now under portable therapeutic walk in tubs.He also went under portable therapeutic walk in whirlpool tubs and a few other names. The buisness is out of ****** ******* your homework and really research his businesses before doing buisness with him. He is a fox in sheep's ************ will regret doing buisness with him.He is not a man of his word at all.If you decide to do business with him I suggest having a contract written up and have him sign it. Cover all the bases and make sure that it covers court costs and attorneys fees if he doesn't follow through with his agreement. But then I would still run from that entire situation. It won't end well for you.While working for him I witnessed all of these problems with past customers.This business is no good it will end badly for you.

  We are mostly happy with the tub, however even when purchasing the tub in 12/022 it was not easy to communicate with them, recordings, no return calls etc.Today 5/24 its worse, leave message zero call backs, over a 2 week period.This AM they actually answered, nice fellow **** took the call. I explained that the tub was down not draining and my 95 year old mother depended on it. I said I needed a schematic diagram and some tech info **** said he would send info, absolutely nothing, he did apologize and said they are having internal problems. At this point I wish I had gone with American standard or Jacuzzi their service department responded!

  Had a great experience with my purchase of a heavenly tub. The salesman along with the installers were top notch gentlemen. The installers were perfectionists! I highly recomend this quality walk In tub.
