  Spent about $1500.00 trying to get them to fix my car. My car would semi-randomly go into limp mode and stop accelerating properly. Finally took it to a different repair shop and they said **** Brothers installed an aftermarket air intake sensor, when that specific part needs to be a ****** brand to work properly. I had this other repair ******** it for me (car now working just fine) then I called **** Brothers and asked if the problem could be the aftermarket part. They denied that was the problem and urged me to come back in and spend another couple hundred dollars to see what's wrong.Apparently there is a master resource/tool on the internet that car repair shops use. It can tell you if an aftermarket part can be used in exchange for a name brand part. This other repair shop I went to told me about this and said **** Brothers absolutely knew that an aftermarket part wouldn't fix the issue, yet they continued charging me for "repairs" that weren't targeting the problem.

  I wife currently had a flat on one of our trucks , I took it to a **** brothers location it had a sheet metal s**** in the crown of the tire and was told they could replace it with my spare until the warehouse shipped 2 replacements to equal the height of the front end , I was offered an oil change on top which was appreciated but I sat for 4 hours before I could not take it no more and when asked for keys after payment on the air and oil filter they had a tough time finding them and my wheel that had the flat , I revealed that my current purchase of the tires from 2 years ago was still under warranty I canceled my order of service at this time and will not be back in the future after all multiple customers came and went with similar services and I was not impressed , & to add to it they changed my oil but somehow they forgot to change the filter they charged me for so I was looking at the undercarriage of my truck to address a gasket on the oil pan according to their expertise experience was leaking ( which isnt ) they overfilled my power steering reservoir and its running down but thats when I noticed that my filter had not been changed today it was the same filter a previous company that did my last change so I recorded the conversation with **** Brothers rep and he said disciplinary actions will be taken seriously !The point is if I dont double check peoples performance on such things itd probably cost me a blown motor and very outrageous attitude !Again nobody should just trust companies who try to sell you services and not perform them 100%

  I have bought multiple sets of tires from **** Brothers in ******** for several years. Recently, I got a flat tire and went to another **** Brothers Tire Store for a repair since I was not close to the ******** location. I got good service from the ********* location for my repair. There were quick on my repair. What I did not appreciate is I had to pay for the flat tire repair. They advertise free flat tire repair if you buy tires from them. Not the case. I would not recommend **** Brothers. I believe this is the old fashion bait and switch. I will not be buying tires from them going forward, **************

  I had a fantastic experience with **** Brothers today. Worked with ****** at the store on E 300 S. We were traveling through the area and had two tires damaged by local roads. They did everything you could ask to get the proper tires for our truck and get us back on the road. It was done in less than 3 hours. The entire crew was friendly, efficient and made a difficult moment disappear. We can not thank ****** and the staff in the service area enough for their help!!!Sincerely, ***************

  I had a blow the on the way to way to the ****************** for very important appointment. A ******************** came along at the very moment needed put on the doughnut tire with great efficiency! *****'s service was well timed and worthy everything I paid him.But he took me to **** Brothers in Centerville. **** Brothers were fast in selling me a new Tire and getting it on.....But they charged me close to almost double, $260, for that tire! To me they took advantage of me because I need it

  Take my truck in for an alignment. They told me they would not do an alignment because my upper control arms and ball joints were bad. They gave me a quote for $1100 to replace the parts and do the alignment. Because I knew the upper control arms and ball joints were only 15 months old, I declined the service. I took the truck to another mechanic who jacked up the truck front end and used a metal prybar to wiggle the front wheels and confirmed there was nothing wrong with the upper control arms or ball joints. No extra give. There is more to the story that reflects poorly on **** Brothers, but because I dont want to speculate on something that I cant prove they did, Ill leave it out.

  I brought in my new car to have 1 tire balance. After waiting all day to pick my car up, they told me that my car needs new tires despite my tires being new & quoted me for new tires. I told them the tires were new & they argued that they weren't. I left & said I would have my tires looked at by the dealership where I got my car. When I left the store, all 4 of my tires were driving poorly & my whole car is shaking. This is weird because I came in to have 1 tire fixed. At pickup ****** rudely told me they balanced all 4 tires despite my request. The store had closed a few minutes after I got my vehicle & noticed the bad drive so I planned to call when the store opened again. Upon inspection at home, I noticed that the tires on my car weren't the ones that I had when I dropped the car off. My car had been purchased with good year tires but the tires on my vehicle now are Hankook. After confirming with my dealership, the tires on my vehicle were good year as the dealership does not use ************** don't use those tires on my model of car. Coincidentally the tires on my vehicle now (Hankook) are the exact same ones they quoted me for, confirming their scam.They broke the logo off of my ************** is a big chunk of metal broken off there too. There are scratches along my car and ************ employees vaped/smoked in my car. My windshield was filthy from the ********** car smells awful. Nobody that smokes has ever been in my car. I've seen several of their employees smoking/vaping on their property for years but I didn't think smoking in customer vehicles would be tolerated.I tried to resolve this with ******(manager) who was condescending, unprofessional & ignorant. What he had to say was more important than listening to my concerns & continously talked over me & invalidated what I said. He was no help. I took it to the corporate level & essentially got told that "that *****, we can't help you" & that was the end of it. They offered no help & no solutions.

  I have tried several times to talk to management. Corporate won't even call me back. I want my tires back, my ****** hubcap emblem returned snd fixed, alignment fixed, and overall, a resolution promptly, otherwise my lawyers will be in touch. This is theft, fraud, and poor customer **********************. Let me know if you would like to fix this or I will continue to leave negative reviews, take legal action, and get media involvement. Judging by your other bbb and ****** reviews, you are no stranger to this type of fraud and behavior. Please give me a call. My number is in your system. I'm also waiting to hear back from the owners. Thanks.
