  Had the pleasure of speaking with ******* with Dependable Auto Move today and I cannot recommend their services enough! This gentleman was extremely helpful, explained in detail the whole process, how it works, honest and transparent. How refreshing in a time when so many people lack this quality! ******* was very detailed, allowing me to understand and feel comfortable and safe in moving forward with their broker services. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to find a reliable shipping company to transport their valuables.

  I was quoted and told multiple times by a *** broker that the cost to ship my vehicle would cost one amount, but I paid nearly 20% more due to an error by the broker 'misunderstanding' the size of my vehicle (which is a very standard vehicle). It took longer than *** expected to find a carrier and once they did, they had difficulty communicating with that carrier. The broker at *** assured me that regular communication with their associated carriers is key, but the broker was unable to get an answer as to when the carrier would pick-up my vehicle. The carrier showed up to the car dealership and when he was asked to wait ***** minutes, he LEFT without picking up my vehicle. *** was unaware of the carrier's timeline for picking up the vehicle and could not tell me or the dealership that the carrier was arriving. Two days later, the carrier arrived back at the dealership to pick up my vehicle. *** and the carrier had not discussed this AT ALL and the dealership was caught off guard. Once I was able to incessantly call the carrier, I coordinated with the carrier and driver for the remainder of the experience until the vehicle arrived at my front door - *** was minimally helpful during this time.Ultimately, the vehicle did get here but each step of the way gave me less and less confidence in the *** broker. I hope my experience is a one-off and most of ***'s business is conducted clearly, efficiently and without any issue(s).

  Great service at a great price. Found a shipper who picked up my vehicles and got safely to their destination. They have coordinated several shippings over the years and are consistent every time. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to get cars from one place to another. Especially if it is a multi-state trip.********************* **************

  I worked with Dependable Auto to have my car shipped from ******** to **********. From the first conversation to the last, there was active and open communication, helpful troubleshooting, and competitive pricing. I was informed of how the pricing structure works at the outset; given a clear and comprehensible contract; and was kept in the loop of my car's move every step of the way. When there were issues with the transporters, Dependable Auto called the transporters immediately and spoke on my behalf to resolve pick up and drop off questions. Because of their involvement, I was able to receive my car in a timely fashion at a competitive price. I would hire them again.

  Very satisfied customer. A friend whod used them several times recommended Dependable. I wanted a car moved enclosed from ******** to ******. Dependable located a carrier that was nearby and within a few days the car was picked up and delivered. Driver was professional and polite. Spoke with the carriers dispatcher a couple of times during movement and he was helpful, polite and professional. I would use Dependable again. Absolutely.
