    On July of last year (2022) I entered into a contract with M&M Restorations to re seal my driveway. Gave him a $4125 deposit. Oct came around and contractor told me he couldn't get to my job this year and offered me a $1000 discount (verbal only) and was told he would do my job the following spring. Never heard back from him until I called him this past July. He told me I was rude for calling and he would do my job when he could. He finally came by my job site and asked if he could leave his trailer at my house while he went to do a repair somewhere else and I told him no. He proceeded to make more excuses why my job wasn't done. I asked him if all these jobs were from last year and he said no. some were new ones. I said I was tired of all his excuses and he then asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes I did. He said I would get a check within 30 days.. THAT did not happen. I sent him a text asking when and he said within 30 days. I also stated that since he offered me the refund I expected a full refund. He then told me I asked for the refund and I should move back to where I came from. He did keep 25% of my deposit. Steve is a bully and tries to spin everything around to make the customer feel like it's their fault. I have never dealt with a business this shady ever. I understand all conversations were verbal and I have zero recourse and there is nothing I can do. I would have taken him to small claims. I know of 1 other customer of his that is trying to get their money back also. 1 year and 3 months and he never tried to start my job until I started to contact him. He is a sham and nobody should have to put up with his bullying. I have never had a contractor treat me so rudely. this is going on YELP also so as many people as possible can steer clear of him and his company

    Mr ****** entered into a willing contract with M & M Restoration LLC which he contact us to give him a bid. He signed our legal binding contract, explaining what the job was to intel, along with cancellation policy and restocking agreements which he signed willingly at time of signing. We did offer a $1000 deduction off the final for waiting until this year to do the job.Mr ****** agreed to do so.We stayed in contact with Mr.****** and he was aware of when his job would be starting, because we work are areas in blocks. 
    when we showed up to do the job, we were greeted by him with a vulgar demeanor, as I was explaining procedure of the job, mr ****** gave me unrealistic demands in an offensive manner.I replied that No job of that size can be completed in that short amount of time, as I told him, he continued to be frustrated and then canceled his job. 
    As stated before he willing entered into our legal binding contract, we legally held back the cancellation fee, from his deposit. M & M Restoration was able to sell his material so we did not implement the restocking fee which by law we could have . Since we are so busy and have so many jobs going on throughout the state.

    I am rejecting this response because:
      He is a liar, he stated he had a recording of me asking for a refund and I told him I would gladly apologize if he wanted to send me a copy of recording. I never heard back on that so I know he was lying. And not 1 foul word was ever spoken between us.. Another lie.. As far as rude??? Had waited 1yr 3 months for my job.. I had to contact him each time to find out what was going on.. It's all he does is make excuses. He did not show up on job site to start, He wanted to store his equipment at my place while he went and started another job. I will repost on YELP hoping no one else has to go through this. I know of another complaint he hasn't responded to by another future customer that hasn't had anything done on his job site.Even customers that had his work done have commented on his attitude towards them

    Approximately six years ago, we contracted with M&M to resurface our driveway, sidewalk and porch. He did the work in what appeared to be a ******* like manner. It looked good for about three years then started pealing off the undersurface, leaving ugly spots. Since I had a 10 year warranty on the work, I called **** and he came and looked at it. We got into a vigorous discussion about what the warranty would cover. He said that it did not cover the approach across the sidewalk but only the driveway. When he had originally told us about the warranty, nothing was said about excluding the sidewalk portion of the driveway. He finally agreed to repair that part as a one time deal, but said he would not honor the warranty again. Now, the sidewalk and the driveway both look bad. Large pieces of the sidewalk portion are missing as are smaller pieces on the main driveway as well. There are bubbles under the coating and they will also soon be pealing off. I am not happy about the job or his attitude towards honoring the warranty. I do not recommend using this contractor.

    was not aware that there is a current problem with this job. The client did not contact this year, and is not on our repair list. We have minimal repairs mostly due to abuse. We work in cedar from June 1, through the end of November yearly. If an issue occurs its the client responsibility to inform us, and we fit it in when we are in the area. If we see that its abuse or damage it is not covered under our pro limited warranty. And becomes a chargeable repair.
    City curbing/ sidewalks going to the citys street has never had a warranty on any job.Due to snowplows hitting it. 
    if this client wants us to look at his concerns on the driveway he needs to contact us directly.
