      ********WARNING****WARNING**************^DO NOT PATRON THIS BUSINESS**** I took my old snowblower in to them to simply do a basic service (oil change, tighten things up) to get ready for the coming season. I paid $25 for them to look at it and they said theyd apply that to the service when completed, which was fine with me. When they called a couple weeks later, ****** said that it would be over $1,000 to fix everything that was wrong with it. He said in a condescending tone, you want to fix it or should I throw it away? I chuckled and said Id come pick it up. They never did the basic service I requested, guess it wasnt worth their time. I went and picked it up and ****** said its not worth spending any money on. He completely rubbed me wrong with his attitude, but I didnt say anything to him. The lady behind the desk took me to the parking area where my SB was sitting. As we got out there, I let her know that the person who called me on the phone was rude and condescending. Told her that as the paying customer, I dont need to be told that my machine is junk. She was doing a great job just listening to me when ****** came out. He heard me talk for two sentences and then jumped in and told me to get the f%#* out of there, called me a little bit@#. I dont want your business you fu@^ing pu$$y, get the f out of here and dont come back. I was in shock and didnt know how to respond. Ive never been treated or abused like that under any circumstances. He was very well versed in his language and treatment of me. I can only imagine how many customers hes done that to. Reading their website reviews, I see there are others whove had the same experience. On a side note, the lady that was listening to me was doing just fine. I just needed to voice a concern and she was great. She didnt need ******* help, and I certainly didnt. I will never go back there again and regret my experience today. Hoping this will warn others.
