  I would steer FAR away from this company. The owner is very dishonest and will quote you one thing and then charge you an astronomical amount after they have started the work. The color he painted my house versus the color I wanted are 2 different things. The color he painted the shutters versus the color I wanted are 2 different things. After they had finished the job there were spots missing due to the tape being pulled when it was supposed to be pulled earlier in the drying process. We let ***** know that we were going out of town before the work had ever started. He knew we were out of town and sent his painter to our home unbenounced to us. The painter entered our home illegally and our alarm went off and the police showed up. I did not press charges as I should. He demanded we pay the invoice before we could even inspect the work. When we arrived home, we were disappointed that several areas were missed and the work was mediocre at best. We let him know the issues and he had his subcontractor show up again, unbeknownst to us at 7pm at night. The subcontractor doesn't know English. When he was finished, he stated "I done" and left. Apparently ***** constitutes that as a final walkthrough. I thought he was going to come and do a final walkthrough so we could go over everything (per his contract) and he didn't. Instead he put a lien on our house. There were several spots that were missed. There is still a huge spillage of paint on our patio and paint spots that are still missing. He illegally recorded my husband on our private property without his permission. It seems as though this contractor is desperate for money and doesn't care about quality. Our invoice is over $5k, when we were originally quoted 3k for everything. He charged us extra for a lot of things. Needless to say, save yourself a lot of trouble and DO NOT hire this company! You will thank me.

  This company is the fast food world of drywall repairs and paint. Pro Painters are not detail oriented, little integrity, not accountable, poor work ethic, not clean, overpriced, a nightmare and a headache. This is a company that back peddles on every promise. Nothing but excuses! I had Derek bid out this job over one month in advance of starting. I was very clear about what I wanted and needed. He promised me at least two guys for drywall repairs and painting that would take 1.5 weeks at most. He missed key points during the quoting process and showed up the day of the job with one worker and wanting to charge more because he neglected to put certain things in the bid. Derek's one guy on the job did not know how to hang drywall, didn't want to be there, could not see well enough to paint the ceiling or walls and even admitted to needing glasses. In addition, Derek assured me his guy could wet sand but he did the worst job and didn't use the proper tools to do so. He didn't have the necessary tools on hand or skills to get the job done right. As a result my drywall edges are sloppy and crooked, drips down the walls, thick paint that cracked on my concrete floor, tape still showing where drywall patches were made, holes too large for the ceiling lights and electrical outlets, unfinished painted ceiling because they were both similar whites, so why paint the whole ceiling like they were paid and hired to do? Supposed to be two coats of paint but there was only one and thin spots everywhere where I could see the primer through the color. I had asked Derek several times during to send over someone who knew how to hang drywall and then, even how to paint. He never would. I had to pay my own handyman to babysit Pro Painters, help hang drywall, clean up after, and in the end fix drywall and repaint on a job that ended up taking 2.5. I was so frustrated by the end, I wanted nothing to do with this company and ended up spending more to fix it.
