    This was a nightmare. The people at the park are rude. I paid for one week to keep my rv at the park. From moment I moved in I have had no/very poor wifi so no internet or tv and i just moved so i need to get on internet a lot. When I signed up they said people were on property and would help since im a novice at rv's. nobody ever helped me. they said they were gonna have someone check the wifi a week ago and nobody ever came and its still broken. They dont answer phone calls or emails. i called the main number about 10 times today, it says theyre open till midnight yet nobody ever answered or called back. THEN I HAD TO SIGN UP FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5 DAYS AND THEY CHARGED WAY MORE PER DAY AND NEVER EVEN MENTIONED THE HIGHER RATE. then they had the nerve to send me an email that i could get a cheaper deal if i signed up for 2 more days!! unbelievable. I want a refund for the entire stay and an apology for ruining my first ever week living in an RV.
