  I simply wanted to inform you of some unethical business practices of "Icon Auto Glass" of ************** Their website tells the consumer that they are able recalibrate auto safety systems after replacing a windshield. While it may be true in theory, they were unable to recalibrate mine and have refused to fix what they broke. They say they are not responsible. All I can say is my safety systems worked perfectly before Icon worked on my car. They dont work now, and they refuse to make me whole. Im probably going to incur costs to bring my safety systems back to working properly. I deserve recourse. Use this information as you will. I just wanted this information out there.

  Worst experience. These people replaced a windshield in my Charger back in April and at the time asked if I would like to have the windshield wipers replaced at the same time. I told them I did not want to pay the added cost. They explained that they would wrap it into the bill via insurance. Now in July they call me demanding payment for the windshield wipers. I explained that they had told me that they were going to wrap this into the insurance claim and they all but called me a liar. They then wanted me to give my CC information over the phone which I wasn't about to do. I drove down and paid the bill in person. This is not how you do business. A very sketchy outfit which was being visited by constables and lost recovery agents while I was there. buyer beware!!!

  Worst place!My insurence is Farmers and the agent let me go there. They worked for more than 5 hours but never done with my windshiled.Dont go this place!

  Worst experience ever! They were hired by **************** to replace our windshield and the worst job Ive ever seen. The first time it was replaced they had brought the wrong windshield to ****** then took hours being delayed cause they locked the keys in their car, finally brought the right windshield but when they we got our 4Runner back they had scratched the entire windshield. We called to have them do it again so they came and picked it and Icon delayed us again by not bringing the correct windshield, we had to wait another day to get our vehicle back. They finally dropped it off it to us but completely destroyed! Our brand new 2022 4Runner was completely scratched all over the place, molding was just left hanging and not resealed, there was green and pink paint on the window, glue all inside of our vehicle. I have never been so upset with a vehicle issue. You would literally have to try to do a job this bad! Now the vehicle has to be repainted and another new windshield has to be put in. If its not brand new looking like when we got it we will be looking at other alternatives to handle this situation. Also, the owner of Icon did not call or answer back ****** when they called her. This place needs to be shut down and if I could give them less than a 1 star I would!

  Do not use this company!! Horrible experience from the time I called. I needed my windshield replaced in a week because we were driving out of town. They scheduled an appointment between 8-1 at my work. Never showed up and I tried to call no one ever answered and it kept going to voice message. After 5 I had someone text me they were at my job waiting for me. I let them know I left and why. He then said he could still come out to me. I really wanted to say forget it but I needed a new windshield. I agreed and he met me at my second job. My windshield was replaced. The next week I got a rock chip and wanted to cry!! After talking to people I called the company back hoping they would help out because I just bought this windshield. She couldnt give me a deal but scheduled someone to come out and fix it. He came out text me he was here. I showed him where my car was and he said ok I will fix it. Then I get a text message it didnt work and he was trying to drive away. I ran out there to see what he was talking about because it has only been about 5 minutes since he got to my car and he said sorry I cracked your windshield and I dont know what to do. I said well we need to fix it and he said I needed to call the number on his van. I said they dont answer the phone ever when I call and he replied they dont answer his either. When I talked to the lady on the phone she was not nice and just said that is not their problem. She told me I could purchase a new windshield from them and she will not charge me for the work done on it today. I was not happy!! I dont know why I would pay for your guy to crack my windshield and try to drive away. I would have paid cost to have my window done again but the way I was treated I want nothing to do with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service sucks!!!

  Ex- Employe here. Before I started I heard all the horror story's about the owner of how she faked cancer and screwed over here family and went to prison for it. Also told her own child she had cancer! (its all over the web, ************************* is her name). I still looked pasted all that and gave the job a shot. I lasted 6 months until i was fired because i didnt finish all my work. At this point i already worked 14 hours and it was dark so of course i went home and figure it out the next day. well next day she calls me(2nd time ive ever talked to her on the phone) calls me screaming about this and that then fires me. She then threatens to call the local police if i didnt take her vehicle to a location right this second. Which i denied because i have a lot of my personal tools inside this van. Eventually another employe picks up van from my house. Also found out the same day that the owner ************************* slept with my mother's husband causing a divorce. When i first started i didn't get paid for 5 weeks straight!!!! If your looking for a job or you're a customer, don't give your hard-earned money or effort to someone that doesn't care about you. You deserve this review and I hope it helps someone either a customer or future employe.

  Most unprofessional experience in my entire life! Avoid this company at all costs. Do not be fooled by them knocking 100 dollars off your deductible You will regret it!A windshield should have taken an hour or two to replace. With Icon glass it took 7 weeks, 6 appointments made in total. 4 appointments, no call no show. One appointment the tech showed up 4 hours late and then he told me, he couldn't finish "because it was getting late" at 3:45 pm. After all of this nonsense they messed up the auto navigation on my vehicle which I will have to pay to have fixed by someone who actually knows what they are doing. I took a huge loss financially doing business with this so called company and probably lost about 30 hours of time dealing with them. The rating should be a negative star.
