    Purchased a $1600 tent from them with the main selling point being a 2 year warranty. The cover for the tent wore out within a year. Emailed the company and didnt receive a reply for nearly two weeks (10 days). Called the company and was told they were on back order with no resolution in sight. Would have appreciated a reply email or call to let me know they were back ordered. Not pleased with the lack of customer service or the quality of the tent cover I purchased.

    I purchased some Jeep handles at a supply store that did not include all it's parts. I was told I needed to contact Smittybilt directly. I did so in February - they requested the receipt, which I provided. A month later I requested an update of getting all the parts that I paid for, they said it could be up to 6 weeks. I assumed that would be by April, we are now in June and still no parts. I won't buy anything from this company again unless I open the box before hand to ensure all the parts are there. They don't stand behind making the customer whole to get what we paid for.
