    Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. Harley Hull Lending & Services takes customer feedback seriously and is committed to treating every customer with fairness and respect, regardless of identity or personal circumstances. 

    While adhering to privacy regulations, we want to clarify that loan balances are determined based on the terms of the financing agreement, including interest, fees, and payments made.

    Regarding the payment arrangement, we understand financial difficulties can arise, and we strive to work with our customers whenever possible. However, at the time of this arrangement with our representative, it was clearly communicated that, due to the past-due balance, there were no guarantees that escalated action could be avoided. Unfortunately, when commitments are missed and payments are not made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms, repossession may occur.

    The amounts keep going up and down when it shows I maid the payments each month and I want to know why and where the rest of the money went and they also rejected 450.00 dollars from in Aug when they repossessed my vehicle when I called them the next day to pay the amount I was behind.

    Harley hull repoed my vehicle for only being a month behind. When I called them and asked them if I could pay ****** and that would cover my monthly payment plus the late fee and put *************************************** it was up to the owner not them if I got my vehicle back. Well then I get a letter on the 15th of this month that states I have to pay off the full amount of the loan to get my vehicle back. I need help with this and they said I have to give them the key then set up a date to get my person belongings from the vehicle

    Due to the Financial Privacy Act, we are not able to discuss any details with anyone that is not named on the loan documents, including the BBB.
    However, Harley Hull Lending & Services policies and procedures have been created to assure that we operate within the laws of the Federal Fair Lending Act and all of ***** rules and regulations for ****************** Lending institutions.

    I am rejecting this response because: this business has por customer service and when I called the day the vehicle got reposed the person I spoke had no clue that it was getting repoed

    Not everyone is involved in the repossession process.  That does not reflect on the customer service given, no knowledge is just that, no knowledge.

    As to picking up personal belongings immediately upon returning the key,  we are at the mercy of the tow company's schedule and they need the key to get into the vehicle to retrieve the items.  We can not give her the belongings immediately upon returning the key.  She will have to return at another time.

    Better Business Bureau: what belongings do they need everything in that vehicle is mine not theres other than what came with the vehicle and if they take any of my stuff can't they get in trouble for that isn't that considered theft
