      I was looking to claim bankruptcy, I reached out to several places and these people happened to call me first. I was told that after paying the $50 deposit that they would be able to stop my garnishments which is not a lawful claim as garnishments cant be stopped before filing. After about 3 weeks not receiving the packet I sent an email to see what was going on. During this time frame I would email/text my paralegal and they were no where to be found. I found a different law firm to handle an already stressful time. I reached out stating I wanted a refund and now everyone at this firm wants to talk to me but no one will give me my money back.

      We have done over ***** bankruptcies and consulted with almost ****** families in 19 years and ************ wants to say we told her we could stop her garnishment with only a $50.00 retainer? No never happened. ************ wants to say that she somehow got advised something different than what every other person that has come through our door was told? No. ************, while not entitled to one pursuant to our contract, was refunded in full on 8/8/23 through Venmo, as that is how she paid us. She requested the refund on 8/7/23 so it was done within one day.
