    Alaskan Inn refused to listen to our complaint. We had No Hot Water we left after they told us to run all the water in the room. After 45 minutes we left they wouldn't even come to the room while we were there. We left. The ** promised our money back. It's been almost three weeks. No money. She called and said we would get no money back cause we left a bad review. We didn't read the reviews cause this place has always been one of our favorites. A lot of the reviews say they had no Hot Water. We will be disputing charges

    My ****** and I went here quite awhile ago and never had problems. So we decided we wanted to go back but this time we had bugs all over our room. I called down to the front desk and they said they could move us to a new room and then would have management call us about the issue. Well I haven't heard anything back from management. I also have been trying to call but nobody will answer my calls.
