    Purchased 4 tickets in the Fall of 2019 for a Race in Milwaukee that was supposed to take place 7/11/2020. I have attempted to reach out to them via Facebook because no other communication system exists and there is no response. This was $100 worth of tickets.

    This event was scheduled for 2020 but was postponed. Then never was rescheduled and no refund or communication was given. The company has no way to contact them. I am frustrated that I had to be the one to try to get ahold of the company.

    I purchased 5 tickets worth $145.85 on November 14, 2020 for the 2021 Great Inflatable Race. Due to cancelling the 2021 race, the company asked if I wanted to apply my purchase to the following year (2022), and I said yes. When I searched to re-register, I was unable to find the website. I tried to contact them via email three times earlier in 2022 to get a refund (since it was not rescheduled in 2022) to received on response. I received no response and can not find the company anywhere. It seems as though they ran off with a bunch of people's money who were registered (and possibly rebranded?).

    Great Inflatable race postponed due to Covid. Two years later and still no race rescheduled as promised. No refund granted. No longer responding to emails.

    I registered and paid for a race and racing packet (swag) on April 8, 2019 for a 5K that was to be held in Mason City, Iowa on July 6, 2019. The race was cancelled and rescheduled for July 11, 2020. The race on July 11, 2020 was again not held. I have notified the company several times and requests a refund of $28.96 and have yet to receive it. I file "tickets" on their website which promises a reply and I never receive one. I would like a refund of my $28.96.
