      Went in for an oil change, saw them lift up the hood, put it down, and. One told me they couldn't change the oil because there were other issues and charged almost $200 for the diagnosis, which they didn't even perform. They wouldn't let me take the truck unless I paid and said it was very dangerous. These guys are sketchy and wanted to take somewhere else. Gave the next shop the paperwork on what they claimed was wrong. They performed a real diagnostic and showed they were 100% wrong. When I requested a refund, they told me to F off.
      I have written proof from the other shop saying they scammed me.
      Corporate says they can't do anything or control the individual shops so I just need to accept I got scammed almost $200 and they are sorry.
