      We are just asking that the company come and provide us with a completion certificate. We had to pay another entity to complete the project. It cost us $200.00 to complete the baseboard because we waited two weeks and never got any contact about when it would be done. We told the owner it was done and asked him to come and review and provide us with the completion certificate. We then waited a week with no contact from him. We left multiple messages with no reply until I used another phone number he didn't recognized. He finally called but didn't give us any time he would be here. It would take him 30 minutes maximum to get this done but we cannot get him to come. It has been four months since the pipe burst happened and we find this ridiculous. We have had to hire multiple people to complete the work, which harmed us but all we want is the completion certificate so we can close out with the insurance.

      *****, the project manager, did come to ********************s home and do a final walk through. All of the work was done and the customer agreed the job was complete. Our records indicate that ******************** received and signed her Certificate of Completion on the August 28, 2023. The baseboards referred to above were not completed as the customer had her washing machine and dryer full of clothes and running at the time the repairs were being done. We were told not to worry about that area and that the work was complete. The last few feet of baseboard were not charged by us in the final bill. The Certificate of Completion form needs to be filled out and signed by both parties and may take up to a week to get back to the customer. I show this as completed by our office.
