    Dear **************** are a business that sells clothing under the ?? brand.
    Regarding the recent complaint, the customer reported an issue with the zipper of a zip-up hoodie purchased a few days prior and requested a replacement or repair. We fully understand the customers inconvenience and take their feedback seriously.
    However, we would like to clarify the reasons why we were unable to provide a free replacement or repair in this case:


    1. The issue was reported after the product had already been used and washed, several days after purchase.
    2. The zipper malfunction appeared only after the item was washed.
    3. The product had no noticeable defect at the time of delivery and had passed our standard quality control inspection prior to shipment.


    We conduct thorough inspections on all our products before shipment. In the case of initial defects, we follow our policy of offering exchanges or refunds.
    However, damages that occur after washing or use may be caused by external factors beyond our control, and under standard consumer protection guidelines, such cases are not generally covered by our after-service policy.
    Nevertheless, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to the customer and are currently reviewing the matter internally to see if any further support can be provided.
    We kindly ask for the Consumer Report Centers understanding in this matter, and we remain committed to resolving this issue in good faith.

    They claim a product bought 2 days before should be able to break after one wash. What kind of product cannot withstand 2 days of use? Its cheap & the business suggested it was my fault god trusting them. The business enjoyed cheating me. The clerk smiled & enjoyed having cheated me.
