      If there was a way to rate these guys as beyond negative maybe, these guys would get it. They are the most difficult and deceptive collection agency I have ever dealt with. I requested that they send me any paperwork related to the original bill and I never got it. They leave you a message from a random number that comes up as spam. Each time I've called to review what is going on it's with someone who hardly speaks English. They are horribly unprofessional and I hope I never have to deal with them again. They are harassing me and wont answer any questions that I've asked. I will also be filing a complaint with my local police. worst company ever.

      Outsource Receivables Management makes every attempt to deal with consumers honestly and fairly when discussing all matters referred to our office. After reviewing the details of this review, Outsource attempted to provide the consumer with everything that was requested. Calls made to consumers are not Spam and have a legitimate business purpose. Outsource is willing to discuss any concerns the consumer may have. You may contact our office directly to speak with a representative and we will attempt to resolve any concerns. Our office is open 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

      If there was a negative star, these guys would get it. They are the most difficult and deceptive collection agency I have ever dealt with. I requested that they send me any paperwork related to the original bill and I never got it. The original bill was from 2019 and the original debtor could not even find the original bill. When I questioned them about the total, they laughed at me and would not even work with me on reducing the amount. They leave you a message from a random number that comes up as spam. They are horribly unprofessional and I hope I never have to deal with them again.

Outsource provides true and accurate contact information on all communications. Accounts assigned to ********** are not purchased and any reduction of the balance is at the discretion of our client, not the Agency. Outsource sends all notification, including validation as outlined in all regulations governing the industry. Outsource followed all policy and procedure in this case and dealt with the consumer in a professional and fair manner.
