      Paid for 3 months of services April may and June they have discontinued the services so I would like a refund for June since the trash will not be picked up anymore can was picked up June 4th

      Today 12/29/23 I went past my neighbors house and her dumpster (which had just been emptied I could still see the garbage truck down the road to the east approaching the stop sign) was laying on the ground. I went to pick it up for her and noticed that handle had pretty much been completely broken off. I had a hard time rolling it back up by her garage due to the condition of the handle. I texted her at 12:15 pm and advised her that it looked like the garbage man had broken her can by setting it down so rough.

      Fast forward to about 1 pm. My daughter walked out to the end of our driveway to bring ours in. She came in and told me there was a problem with ours. I went out and saw that both the wheels on ours were messed up as well. They are pointing outwards and it appears the axle had been bent as it must have been set down very hard. I tried to straighten it out but could not budge it.

      At 1:10 pm I called Econowaste and spoke with Kara. I explained both items listed above. She told me that they could swap both dumpsters out and each of us would be charged at $50 fee to have our dumpsters (that THEIR EMPLOYEE BROKE) swapped out. I explained to her that that was wrong and unacceptable as it was their employee who caused the damage. If it were not for the recklessness of their employee my dumpster (and my neighbors for that matter) would still be in working condition. I honestly could not believe that they were going to charge me and my neighbor for damage caused by their employee.

      I asked to speak with a manager who is not in today, said she would be in on Tuesday. But Kara informed me that the manager does not return calls and that it would be her returning my call on Tuesday and not to expect any different resolution as "that's the policy". Well their policy is not acceptable to me and is just wrong. I'm not trying to get something for nothing, just want them to make it right and replace the dumpster(s).

      09/08/2022. Garage wasn't picked up. Contacted office and got told it was to far from street. I put my garbage in the same place as before without any problems. Driver blatantly lied about distance.
