I purchased my house on June 30, 2023, and the inspection report was comprehensive, so I thought. Fast forward several months when it got cold and we wanted to have a romantic night in on the couch, in front of the fire in our new home. The lights were on the control panel and the front of the fire place, but we could not turn it on. We replaced the batteries in the remote, and it wouldn't work. We had an appliance repair professional out for something else, and he couldn't get it to work. There is a long email chain with Nook-N-Kranny, and in that chain, Austin states, "he inspected the fireplace" (and it worked), then, "my apprentice inspected the fireplace" (and it worked), then "the fireplace was on when we got there." Every time I called him out, his story changed. I sent him a screenshot of the text from the seller stating they hadn't turned it on since last winter. That text proves Nook-N-Kranny never inspected the fireplace. He has not responded to emails since 10 Nov 2023, even from my wife, who is an attorney so that it will be replaced, and he will be sent a bill and legal fees. If they missed something as big and obvious as a fireplace, what else did they miss, or what other information did they falsify?

************ would like to first address the lies you tell , We did in fact inspect the fire place when we did the inspection and when the mother board failed we went back out figured out what was wrong because you could not, we then helped you by ordering the free part from the manufacturer ( it was free because it was a known problem) and had it sent to your house for you to install**** So how is this not taking care of your is***s?? And as far as your wife being and attorney this is also false and a lie she is absolutely not listed as a licensed attorney anywhere on ********** website. So if you are going to *** us please have your actual attorney contact me directly and stop threating us with your wife like you have from day one **** ****
