    I was never treated so badly as they did to me they hurt my feet with scalding water and hot rocks then they had dirty sinks and their tools for cleaning were very dirty l asked them to please clean their tools and they called me names l was so humiliated l got home and my feet started itching bad l had fungi from their sink and tools

    maintained high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Throughout
    our history, we have never had any complaints about dirtiness or disinfection problems.
    We strictly adhere to the guidelines set by the State Board, ensuring that all
    our tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized after each use.
    We are genuinely sorry to hear about this client’s negative
    experience. We take such claims very seriously and are committed to
    investigating the matter thoroughly. Our staff is trained to provide the utmost
    care and professionalism, and we regret that this was not reflected during the
    client's visit.
    To address the client's concerns:

    Our sinks and tools are regularly inspected and cleaned to prevent any possibility of infection.
    We follow a rigorous cleaning protocol, which includes sterilizing tools with approved disinfectants.
    Our establishment has always prioritized the health and safety of our clients, and we are troubled to hear about this incident.
    We are deeply sorry for any discomfort or distress this may
    have caused. As a gesture of goodwill and to demonstrate our commitment to
    customer satisfaction, we are willing to refund the service provided to the
    client. We hope this can help in resolving the matter and reassure the client
    of our dedication to high standards and quality service.
