      Neverending WALL 2 WALL Nightmare! Early last year we began an extensive remodel of a million dollar home in South Ogden. To be included were a full carpet replacement of the upper two floors and a carpet re-stretching of the basement’s existing newer carpet. We had no budget limitations and wanted the best carpet available. Two retailers had what we were looking for, Wall 2 Wall Flooring and Giant Carpet One. We met Janelle W**** at Wall 2 Wall Flooring, and she presented herself as helpful, knowledgeable, and diligent, at first introduction, and during the subsequent design phase. REGRETTABLY we chose to work with her, and did not use Giant Carpet One, whose sales agent, and installers, surely would have been a better choice. Anywhere else would have been a better choice! …Thereafter… well, READ ON! Full review on ****… It is too long & detailed to post here due to length limit on website. Be skeptical of the positive reviews, as it appears they have help from, at the very least, their staff’s spouses, such as Janelle W****** husband’s (see picture). So all is definitely not as it appears. All in all, Wall 2 Wall Flooring provided us with damaged walls & baseboards, dirt marks and hand prints, loose and popping carpet strips, seams coming unglued in less than one year, broken stonework, all sorts of manufacturing defects, and a driveway covered in an abundance of oil stains. Not to mention the daily headaches, installer no shows, or consistent late by hours appearances (with NO phone calls), manufacturer inspection appointments, and many trips to the Wall 2 Wall storefront to battle over their relentless failures. Read every negative review before you make a decision as to who will get your business, and ask yourself, If this was the care given to a $28,000 purchase & installation, what would be given at a lesser one… or any other one for that matter! ***CAVEAT EMPTOR*** (***BUYER BEWARE***)

      After these customers expressed dissatisfaction with Wall 2 Wall's performance on this project, Wall 2 Wall responded and made several concessions, resulting in these customers executing a written Settlement Agreement and Release on June 8, 2023. In exchange for certain concessions by Wall 2 Wall, the Agreement contains the following simple and clear provision: "NO FUTURE OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF WALL 2 WALL: Customer acknowledges that **************** shall have no further involvement, duties or obligations in connection with the Project." Almost 1 year after this Agreement was executed, these customers requested additional concessions from Wall 2 Wall. In reliance on the Settlement Agreement and Release clearly providing that Wall 2 Wall's previous concessions were adequate and satisfactory and resolved all issues on this project to the customers' satisfaction, Wall 2 Wall declined, apparently prompting this complaint. Please consider it in the context of the above events, and the positive reviews posted by numerous satisfied Wall 2 Wall customers.

      They have horrible customer service, they won't return your calls after telling you they will call your right back. Trying to talk to the manager is impossible he's either on lunch for hours at a time or out of the office every time you call. I was working with Ryan to get the same carpet I bought previously and he said if I brought in a sample he would find something that matched, so I took his word on it. I paid for the carpet in full and they started to install on a Monday and when I got home the carpet they were installing wasn't even close to what I already had. So we called the store and they pulled the installers off of the job and left my house half done. I called the next day and Ryan was telling me that it's the carpet I picked out, clearly i wasnt there when he said it matched and it was the closest one he could find. I told him he did pick it out and it was his fault and he kept telling me over and over that he didn't pick it out. Then he insisted i replace my other carpet to match there mess up. So I told him to come get the carpet and I wanted a refund, so i can go somewhere else and that's when he need to talk to his manager to see what he can do. Then he said he would call me right back, now I can't get ahold of Ryan or the manager. It's horrible living in a house half done and everything in the garage and no room in the kitchen.
