      Got a text on January 8 from the BUGNAPPERS claiming I own $109 from a service they claim they did on Oct 3 2024. I was a customer that paid as soon service was done. And they got records of that. They call but I never gave them authorization to do job. No matter if they called or text if I did not authorize it they should not supposed to come to my house. I dont have a contract and service is done and paid if I accepted. Now they claim we have contract. And they claim they came, which is not true because my son works from home and we have a guard dog outside most of the time from summer to Nov. I used to put my dog inside when I accepted the service but never spoke with them or give them authorization to do job. My husband pay them because he said they will lose a customer over their lies I do not agree. they are lying. I never saw them and my son is my witness since he works from home and the dog that was all the time outside.

      Alba, Im Sorry For The Confusion. We Have Reached Out To You Multiple Times To Try And Resolve The Issue With You. Im Un Sure What Spray You Think Was Not Done. You Have Mentioned That The October Spray Is The One In Question And You Have Mentioned That The August Treatment Is In Question. I Would Love To Get On The Phone With You And See If We Can Resolve This. PLEASE Call Us Back Because I Am More Than Willing To Work With You. 

       

      As Far As The August Spray Goes, We Contacted You On 8/2/24 At 11:10 AM To Remind You We Were Coming On 8/5. You Verbally Approved That Treatment, We Sprayed On 8/5, You Paid On 8/6 And There Were No Issues. 

      As For The October Spray: We Called You On 9/20 To Let You Know We Were Going To Spray On 9/23. You Told Our Technician You Wanted To Wait Until October. Then Our Office Girl Called You On 9/27 To Verify That You Wanted Us To Spray In October. So We Left You A Message On 10/2 At 4:15 Pm To Let You Know We Would Be There The Next Day. You Never Called Us Back. We Completed The Spray On 10/3 And Emailed You And Invoice. 

      We Also Called And Left You A Message Regarding The Balance On 11/12/24 And Did Not Hear Back From You.

      We Also Emailed Statements On 11/6, 11/18, 12/4, 12/16, And 1/6. 

       

      You Reached Out On 1/8 And Asked For Us To Call You. You Said Not To Leave You A Message If You Dont Answer Because Your Voicemail Doesnt Work. So We Called And Texted You. We Also Have Tried Calling You Multiple Times Since Then To Resolve This And Have Not Heard Back.

       

      The Sprays Were Ordered And Completed. We Also Did Reminder Calls Before Both Of Them As Well. Again, Im Still Willing To See If We Can Work Something Out With You Even Though I Feel Like We Are Not In The Wrong Here. Please Call Me Back At ************. Thank You

      I got all the text when you send me on 1/8 that was the first communication with you guys. I dont have any email from those day and the charges are the one for Oct not the 8. Plus I got all those emails and text you send me. If BBB wants it I send it to them. Plus dont lie. You send me the bill to my email that January 8.

      We Emailed You Statements On 11/6, 11/18, 12/4, 12/16, And 1/6. Additionally, We Called You About The Balance On 11/12. We Have Made So Many Attempts To Reach Out To You And Work With You On This. Again, I Dont Feel Like We Are In The Wrong Here But I Am Still Willing To Work With You On This Matter In Good Faith. Please Call Us At ************ And I Am More Than Willing To See What I Can Do To Help You And See If We Can Come To Some Type Of Agreement.

      They sprayed my yard and house. About one week later I started seeing coachroches inside my home. I have never had them before and always get my house sprayed at least once a year. This was the first time I used this company and will never use them again. The treatment they say they did made bugs worse. Almost like what they sprayed was an attractant. I had to pay another company to come spray for the coachroches.

      To whom it may concern,

      We did an interior and exterior treatment for ****** on 10/30/23. It was our senior technician **** that completed the service. We also did 2 lawn fertilizer applications for her as well. These were done on 10/26/23 and 11/29/23.  She never mentioned any issues with seeing more bugs until we called for collections because we failed to receive payment. Typically if we treat for the insects, if people still have issues afterwords, they call us immediately and we treat for them again to rectify the situation. We didn't hear anything about having cockroaches after until we called at the beginning of the year to collect the over due balance. Also, we have offered to take payment for the lawn applications (which have nothing to do with insects) and she has refused to pay for those treatments as well. I tried to call her today when this came to my attention but she did not answer so I sent her a text message asking her to please call me back so I can try to help fix the situation.

      Had a service ordered at the end of August. Received a call they were on their way, had the service, a door hanger saying they were there and an invoice sent immediately. Paid the invoice off and 35 days later they came and sprayed my house again. ( I’ve come to learn this is a typical thing according to them, and they do not need permission, however I’ve never experienced this). This time however, no phone call was made, no door hanger was left, no invoice was sent!

      Received a call that I had a past due b****ce on my account and asked how I wanted to pay!?! Had to go back and check home security cameras to see if anyone even came to my house. Called to speak with a supervisor about my frustration and was told I would get a call back. Never got a call back. Got a call again last week about a b****ce on my account. Again explained the situation, asked to talk to a supervisor and got a call back in 10 min. Supervisor told me she wasn’t authorized to make a decision on the account and said she would call me back the next day! Never received a call back! Received a 30 day past due invoice (1st time I’ve even seen an invoice for this unsolicited service) so I called again to speak with someone.

      Phone call was less then pleasant for all parties and I was basically told this is how they do business and there is nothing wrong with it. “They wouldn’t have a small business if they weren’t doing things the right way!” They don’t have to call to say they are coming, door hangers can blow away, and sometimes invoices can go to spam (even though it’s never been sent there and still isn’t there). So I was told they would have the manager take a look at the account and call me back. Received a call this afternoon that they heard I wanted to make a payment?!? I asked about the manager calling me and was told she looked at the account and she sees no wrong doing so the b****ce for the service I did not request still stands.

      I am so sorry to respond so late to this complaint. Based on my research and our conversations this comment was supposed to be removed after we handled everything between us. I show you spoke with me, my assistant Yvette and a couple of my other office ladies and this was resolved. Again, my sincere apologies for the miscommunication and I am glad this was taken care of.
