    ***** ****** applied for housing and was denied due to a negative prior landlord reference. The landlord providing the reference stated significant damage occurred to their property during Ms. ******'s occupancy. It was also stated rent was not paid as agreed and the landlord would not rent to this resident again.  Ms. ****** was provided with written instructions of how to appeal the denial decision.  She has been given verbal assistance with these instructions multiple times and has not provided any of information needed to reconsider her application.

    **** is demanding a copy of tenants Debit Card.Very personal Problem is the cover to the lease states, "If you do not agree with any part of this lease, we will accept your notice to vacate."Can they truly force tenants to Trust them?I wish to remain Anonymous

    We do not require debit card copies. Please contact our main office at ********************** immediately, in order for us to address this concern.  Also, please provide a redacted copy of the lease cover page you referenced in your complaint. Thank you.
