      This company is horrible at managing properties! There is no 1 person to contact, they have 1 person who is an inspector, 1 person who is maintenance, 1 person who is the owner, but NO 1 person that manages the property. Because of thisI had no idea who to call to get maintenance and bug infestation issues fixed, which they refused to fix, even though I provided photographic proof. PMI sent an inspector out who promptly reported that we had pets to someone & a representative from PMI contacted me & told me they were going to change our lease. I told them I would contact my attorney, which I did, and relayed all of this to her. They were registered therapy pets of my roommates, but that didnt matter!This company is poorly managed, does not fix requested maintenance issues, & built the properties on fill piles with shoddy construction. My bedroom door isnt even hung straight. There was a bedroom window was broken before we moved in and a year later, even after we all moved out it was NEVER fixed! I brought up numerous issues to the inspector that walked through the house, but NOTHING was done except charge us more money & not fix any problems we had. AVOID RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY!Update: We have moved out and got our security deposit returned to us. PMI charged us for cleaning, which whatever a couple hundred dollars, fineWHAT I TAKE ISSUE WITH IS CHARGING $1,163.94 for painting the entire inside of the house, there were still nail holes after they finished painting the whole house! I patched all the holes myself before moving out and there is no way they painted the whole place!I would like to add that while we were still living there my jewelry was stolen while we were not home. We were instructed by PMI to leave a key for our house in the electrical outlet so they could show the house to potential renters while we were getting ready to move out. The renters insurance would not cover theft. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET OVER THEFT THAT WAS ENTIRELY PREVENTABLE!
