I had this whole thing typed out before hand. But I'm just going to say what needs to be said. These guys are the worst possible human beings on the planet. ****** is the worst of the bunch. Telling me that basically all the problems I had with my downstairs neighbor was all in my head and no their problem.******** was threatening physical violence on more than one occassion. ****** had the audacity to call my problem with neighbor a "tiff". That is inexcusable. This neighbor constantly made threats not only to me, but other tenants and people outside.I made numerous complaints about the violent rhetoric and the insane loud music that this dude played for hours daily. Not a **** thing was done. I was told to just deal with it and that it's really not their problem, even though in their lease it says that tenants shall not be violent, threatening, loud of abusive. I mean, it's right there. In the lease we all signed. But ****** and WRPM refused to do anything. I never did get an answer as to why. All I get met with was that it's a matter for the cops. If that's the case then take those damned clauses out of your lease if you refuse to follow what you ohave us sign. Not only did ****** not give me the proper paperwork for moving out on time, he emailed it to the wrong damned email address. The same address I have used from day one. And he tells me that I shouldn't take this personally. Explain to me how it's not personal ******. You refuse to answer emails, texts or phone calls. YOU are what's wrong with WRPM. I thought ****** was horrible... but you, dude, you take the cake.Yes. I left with a balance. Will I pay it? Probably not. I owe a little over $300. I should say that I did hire a cleaning company to clean before I left and that came to $175, so I technically owe $125.Bottom line is... these guys will rip you off. They will refuse to lift a finger to help you if you are threatened by other tenants. They will refuse to do anything to keep you safe.

      Business Response

      Date: 08/30/2022

As a property management company, we never want a tenant to leave a property we manage unhappy or feeling like we were not helpful.  We feel we responded to your concerns and have many emails showing responses not only from ****** but from ****** when he took her position beginning in March through your move out date. When we were notified that there was a physical violence threat from the neighbor, we did advise you to report it to the police so it could be pursued with law enforcement.  In addition, we did reach out to the neighbor on the noise complaint to try and keep things civil between the two of you.  ****** also worked with you and kept communication about making payment arrangements for a portion of the May rent when it was needed.   As of right now, there is a balance owing of $335.63.  We are sorry you are so unhappy and we would like to come to an agreement with you and waive the balance that is still owing so it is zeroed out, this way we can both move on and move forward.
