    Renewable Resources installed $60,000 worth of solar panels beginning about a year ago. They system is not working. They mis-wired the solar power meter to the pumphouse and not the home. They will not respond to me or Mary Davis with Pacific Power to complete and rectify the problem. Their emails are now being returned as undeliverable. We have been working with Matthew L******* (owner) to get satisfaction and have the install finished and he is now unavailable as is the customer support number. We are also having to pay Bright Oak for this system that is not functioning. We possibly have to start legal action for resolution. This company was also featured on Get Gephardt for their non-resolution to another customer.

    HADE SOLAR PANELS INSTALLED IN JUNE 2022 AND IT HAS BEEN 8 MONTHS AND JOB IS STILL NOT COMPLETED ALSO THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY SAID HE WOULD PAY MY SOLAR BILL UNTILL JOB WAS COMPLETED WHICH HAS DONE UP AND UNTILL JANUARY 2023 WHEN COMMUNICATIONS WENT DARK AND COMPANY HAS JUST DISSAPEARD AND LEFT ME WITH 58k WORTH OF EQUIPMENT THAT IS NOT USEABLE

    1-Our solar panels was suppose to be installed and up and running by july 2022
    2-it is now February 2023 and apparently they are going out of business
    3- we have the solar panels and batteries installed but not working
    4- i have a 23 yr old special needs daughter who is in need of oxygen and feeding tube ran off electricity which is why we decided to go with solar so we have no worry of loosing power and not having her equipment that is life saving.
    5- we have been promised by Matt everything will be taken care of, NOW we are unable to get in contact with him at all.
    6- needless to say my credit is getting hit due to us not paying for something we dont have which is the finance company for the solar system in the tune of around $65,000.00. needless to say im frustrated and very angry with this whole situation.

    I have purchased a solar system. It was installed in August 2022 and then there was a roof leak in October of 2022 so the company Renewable Resources of Ogden Utah replaced the roof but hasn't come back to reinstall the solar system as promised. I am paying for the solar payment as well as my electric payment and the solar owner won't get back to me on when the solar will be reinstalled.
